The Teos windsurfing centre is located on a small peninsular beside the small bay. It has a full range of the latest Naish & JP boards and Neil Pryde rigs. The instructor runs several clinics a week on the beach that are included in the cost of hire. Catamarans and waterskiing are available, and the centre runs weekly mountain biking excursions.
New for 2004 the centre is running its own Family Club, with a wide programme of activities for children from 3 years upwards. The club operates 5 days per week 10:00 - 12:00 & 14:00 - 17:00, and is free to all clients renting equipment.
